My experience with Mr. Liam Su was extremely disappointing and misleading. Significant errors were made with my file—errors that cost me valuable time I can never recover. Important documents were filled out incorrectly, and clear instructions I provided were not followed. When I raised my concerns and asked for explanations regarding these mistakes, Mr. Su deflected responsibility and hid behind his principal instead of addressing them directly.
