Unfortunately I witnessed one of their drivers decline a working service dog today at a public festival while they were shuttling to and from parking areas (Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival). Refusal of a service dog is illegal and a form of discrimination. I would urge you to better educate your drivers servicing the public. Your business can and should be fined for such behavior.

Multiple complaints. Will start off with saying, after working in the transportation industry I understand being paid by the mile. What I don’t understand is taking advantage of a government contract in order to stretch out your profit. A 10 hour trip from ft Polk should not take upwards of 13 hours. A scummy company doing scummy practices. Second, the entire bus smells of urine due to not servicing the bathroom. 13 hours on a bus is bad enough, but being disgusted by the smell of urine makes it substantially worse. Third, t... read more
