Valley Lift Drivers either don't show up, don't knock on the door or harass me to hurry up when I am crippled and they are who is late. Some of them don't care if they make me miss dialysis which could kill me. They charge just shy of $100 a month when I am on a small pension. And their vans hit speed bumps and ditchs like hitting a brick wall at 60mph, damaging my regenerating spine. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them.
They gave me covid, and when contacted said it's ok got people to ride sick.

Great form of transportation for the elderly and disabled !! Reasonable price per ride . Most drivers are kind, helpful , courteous, and friendly and will assist you in and out of vehicle .
