Great form of transportation for the elderly and disabled !! Reasonable price per ride . Most drivers are kind, helpful , courteous, and friendly and will assist you in and out of vehicle .
These people are terrible. I am a caregiver for a disabled senior. She was having a problem fitting something when valley lift came. I waved to them at the porch to signal we were on our way out. He started his car and left us there. We called the company and they told us that they wouldn’t help us. They’re supposed to help the disabled and elderly but only if they’re speedy. Rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional, do your loved ones a favor and find someone else.
