No appointments only walk-ins . The problem is that the receptionist allows people to sign their name on the list, go and return later disregarding the people who are waiting patiencently in the lobby. Today I took time from work to see Mr. Vargas. I arrived at 11am and noticed people who arrived after me were called before me. When I asked how that could be possible she explained that they signed their names before me. I would not recommend this place. I called the day before I went to see what their hours were I was told 9am to 5pm. I took off work and drove all the way from altamonte springs to poinciana. When I got there at 230pm I was told they are closing and they are not taking anyone and supposedly only take 20 people per day.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and He got the most $$ for my tax returns. Thank you!
