Highly recommend! I first went in for an ice bath - my first time ever and I was so nervous. Carolyn was an absolute angel for guiding me through breath work and staying with me to encourage me through every second of it. I would've never tried it again if it wasn't for Carolyn. I signed up for a contrast therapy session (infrared sauna/cold plunge) here at RVIVL. I was helped by Evan who immediately struck me as the owner of the business due to his diligence and customer care. I was early so after quickly booking me, Evan said I could try out the red light therapy for a few minutes before my contrast session. I have NEVER been to a spa/sauna place that allows such a try. I went here because I was SO SORE from working out. I did the contrast room with the cold plunge and sauna. 30 minutes was too quick and next time I'll do 60 minutes. The cold plunge is absolutely brutal but feels great afterwards. It takes some extra time to become hot in the sauna afterwards. There is also a shower in the room so you can leave clean. I did the compression boots in a zero gravity chair as well. I really liked them. They squeezed the soreness out of my legs. I felt rejuvenated afterwards. It's a bit pricey.
Wonderful experience at RVIVL. The contrast therapy is truly amazing and the entire team is so welcoming and knowledgeable. They guided me through every step, made me feel comfortable and genuinely care about your well-being. This experience has changed my life for the better. The establishment itself is clean, calming and absolutely lovely. I couldn't recommend more -- such an incredible experience all around!
