Casey is the best! She has been able to resolve issues with my neck that no one else was able to. She's very professional, knowledgeable and experienced.
Sarah was very knowledgeable and I received the best prenatal massage! I left feeling so relieved after experiencing pain in my back and feet for several weeks in my second trimester! I especially appreciated the massage tables designed specifically to accommodate pregnant bellies! Highly recommend visiting RVA holistic!

Dr. Sarah is kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and goal-oriented. She assesses the problems and addresses them one by one, with specific goals in mind to improve your overall condition. Today I had an appointment for one issue, but was suffering from something entirely different, so Sarah pivoted and addressed the issue at hand so that I left with noticeable immediate improvement. Better than I could have expected.
Jenna and RVA Holistic team of doctors have been amazing and incredibly helpful. It’s criminal that this level of medical care is generally not covered by insurance. 1 on 1 attention to your chronic pain. A coach and advocate to you on your pain journey. It’s hard to find PTs who treat or have experience with male pelvic health. I’ve seen pain relief and increased function I didn’t think was possible. Wonderful facilities and very organized practice. I’m very happy I found RVA Holistic. Thank you all!
