Unfortunately, I have to leave this bank. Been with them for over 20 years and they keep going downhill every year. They're only down to 2 locations and the one location is being renovated leaving you one location in City Hall. They're only part of the CO-OP for ATMs. And rather than thinking about their customers during this transition, the ATMs for deposits doesn't take deposits forcing me to have to go downtown, pay to park and ride the elevator up several floors.
I tried to call to get more information about opening up several business and personal accounts. The person on the phone was incredibly rude and refused to transfer me to anyone at the branch. I asked if she could take a message and give it to the branch, which she did, but I’m pretty doubtful I’ll be getting a call back. She then hung up on me. I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere as life is too short to deal with that anytime you need to get ahold of your bank.

These people are very unprofessional. Do NOT do business with them, they will waste your time to sell you an account! They wait until the end of the day to return your call after you have called them all day. This should not be an affiliate of Virginia Credit Union.
This is by far the worst credit union I've dealt with, even the manager lacks professionalism (They just made everything automated, therefore you have to schedule an appointment to speak with a person. I waited 45 minutes past ny scheduled meeting time with the branch manager for her to never show or even apologize for wasting my time.) I called 4 times in 2 days and left messages 3x, called me back hours later and said nothing, absolutely no response.
