Edit: I thank Management for their response. Unfortunately missing the point of my review. The Village is over 4 years old - the clubhouse is only now being finished ( due sometime this year) - there is no community bus, the dog park is small and inadequate for residents and their dogs and as I pointed out no water tap and the ground hard and cracked! A great place live with a truly wonderful community, the new facilities are amazing
The village is NOT dog friendly. They like to advertise they are, but they are not. There are residents who are 'dog haters' & rule the roost. If you are a dog lover, look elsewhere. Also we are still waiting on the Tennis/pickleball courts which were promised to be finished in 2024. Love living here & the park had been laid out well. Just don't expect the facilities to happen as quickly as promised. Also it's very sad that some 'people in authority' snoop around and take away the contentment of life in retirement.
Not dog friendly- look elsewhere. The Dog park is small - no tap for water - no shade - residents fill a Jerry can that sits in the sun. The dog park now has large cracks in the soil and could injure a small dog running. The Village is now over 4 years old. When most homes have small backyards and the park says it’s dog friendly - this is a very miserly offering to residents with dogs, and a poor reflection of the park in regards to the needs of the dogs exercise requirements ( we are told the dog park will be relocated even... read more
