Wonderful park close to beach, easy bike riding pathways.
Management team create a lot of negativity within the village instead of making it a harmonious society to live. Their answer to everything is, if you don’t like our rules LEAVE. Not very professional when 85% of the residents are over the age of 70. 😡 If you can get past that then homes are well designed and you have neighbours that you see on a daily basis which you don’t see if living in suburbia. Location is spot on.
