On the first day Dillan Fleming was on it!! Always communicating, replying to my messages and had the best personality. He knew the process inside and out. I applied with an approximately 800 credit score. After the credit check, they informed me that I was approved for a competitive interest rate and loan term that I was pleased with, so I began searching for a motorhome. Once I found the right one, I contacted them, and what they initially told me turned out to be completely untrue. The interest rates were significantly higher than what they first reported, and they seemed to be blaming it on the motorhome, which only had 12,000 miles on it. Be advised.
I am very satisfied with the service that I received and also the prompt response. Dillian has been extremely helpful from the beginning to the ending of the process.
