The employees are very knowledgeable and informative. They'll explain how to use products, make sure you understand exactly what you're buying/that it suits your needs, and options you may not know about (which is helpful for the newly-acquainted; I'm a medical patient with very little experience) and explain how charges will show and cash change is given. (That's not always the case with dispensaries.) I've learned more here than anywhere else, including medical dispensaries.
Great products, prices & amazing customer service!
Bad experience. Walked in - a women was standing there with her minor child. The female receptionist walked towards my husband and I; she asked to scan ID my husbands ID had just expired . She then asked us to leave : however allowed the children to remain in the building suggesting "the owner has not complained about that yet ". So children are welcomed to stay but paying adults with expired ID cant.

Had a great experience my first time here. The budtender was extremely well informed and professional, was able to answer all my questions and make great recommendations.
