This was my normal go to Rutters and usually it's great. Recently coming through to and from work, it being the only place on my route the service has been incredibly slow in the food area and usually I see the people standing around and chatting rather than working. Twice I ordered a single pretzel which is an extremely easy order and it took 20 minutes the first time and 15 the second day I stopped in.
