Everytime I come here the lady HEATHER working the front ringing people up is so disrespectful to me but my last time in will be my last. I was carrying a drink and the lady asks for my ID okay no problem i tell my husband (who ALWAYS carries my ID) can you give her MY ID she screams at me pointing yelling at me like I did something wrong so the whole store hears YELLING AT ME A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!! Everything was handled quickly and professionally
The workers don't pay attention to the screens and give out cold food. Make the food wrong. Go there and spend 20 dollars on a Cesar style salad and get home with garden salad with tomatoes and onion... Get a walking taco and it's not even edible... I so happy to see rutters is keeping their standards as low as Sheetz here in Altoona!!! I stopped going to Sheetz for this exact reason!!! Do better rutters or let wawa come in and replace you!!!
