Always understaffed at the busiest times. Went in this evening and the place was packed. The school play had let out and apparently everyone decided to go to Rutter's. People said they were waiting twenty minutes for food because there was only two people in the kitchen, no manager in the store, whatsoever. It was incredibly loud, there were kids playing slot machines (why those are even in the store I do not know). I left without ordering or purchasing anything, and went across the street to Subway. Bathroom is clean. The cashier named marshall is helpful and knows how do his job.
Like every other Rutter's I have ever visited this one when visited was kept up and clean.
