I go in this Rutter's often. I smoke and if you by two packs at a time u get a discount. I bought 4 packs this time. She didn't ring them up separately or ask me for my Rutter's card. I said wait a minute let me give you my card. She said, with a smile. To late you didn't give it to me. She knows who I am since I'm in there at least every other day. I was very disappointed in the hole transaction and will be going elsewhere for service.
The wait was so long my hair grew over my eyes. I give it a negative 9
Well I would say after the fourth time she dumped my drink in the blender because she made it wrong. And even looked at me and said eventually I'll get it right. I was kind of agitated cuz you would think she would have started from scratch but no. So finally I got my drink. Of course it was nasty. I just left in complete discusse. I didn't even return It didn't even get my money back. Just threw it in the trash. A waste of $7. Really need to get a new crew in there making the food. Especially the drinks!!!!
