Got both my order wrong after charging me more for a sour cream on my walking taco and making me wait even longer after getting my order wrong for hotdog after 20 minutes, and still getting it wrong when giving me. Really bad place especially since there’s was no one there beside me.

Went to the store at 845 in the morning. Was grabbing 2 very simple breakfast sandwiches. Went to look in the hot hold. Had 6 sandwiches on it. So went to order at the kiosks. I was watching the ladies in the back try to make my food. It was painful to watch. The lady had no clue I even really orded food. She didn't place the bread on the toaster for a while. I do not recommend hummelstown rutters. I ordered an Iced coffee . I got there and my order wasn’t even ready . The guy was dilly dallying around making my coffee. He finally brings it over and I told him I added whipped cream and caramel sauce and that I paid extra for the both of them. He goes oh.. so he goes back and adds the whipped cream. Then he puts caramel sauce in the lid and caramel sauce drips all over my coffee cup. They do not follow directions what so ever. They just do watever they want!
