How sad this Rutters has switched out some kind of squeeze bottle substance for actual whipped butter, which is still shown in the menu. Misrepresenting the quality of their food items. Today, an older woman was working the fryers. I watched her end my perogies & corndog 20 seconds early. Presumably to meet order metrics. Both were soggy and not fully cooked. The timerd on fryers are set for a reason!

Honestly, the food is really great and was made super fast. But the staff really shines and makes the place comfortable and welcoming. The only minor complaint I would have would be the food is a little pricey, but not worth going down to 4 stars.

Fine and clean store , clean restroom,best food and small truck parking. Wish they have bigger truck parking area.

Things are over priced here and I ordered a regular fry and this is what I got??? Not gonna waste my time going back in.

5/10/25 Once again the coke slurpee is down. Can someone call in a service call? Your losing $. We are not the only ones as I've heard others complain like.... really again...still? 4/3/25 Coke slurpee down.....again. Does none of the workers call in such issues for service as it's been a couple days!! The coke slushee machine continues down day after day for about a week now. Has anyone put in a work order? Even when it says ready doesn't work. Doesn't any of the workers have a clue? I'm not the only one wanting a slurpee. ... read more
