Night shift Lady, spending time on the phone. If you don't like your job, quit, and find another job. How do you expect to understand customers? If you're on the phone, you're paid to work, not to talk on the phone. Your boss should know that. We had a misunderstanding just for the truck #. W**? Is to early for this, you don't hear well? Of course, take off your airpod and i promise you, you can understand clients🤦🏻‍♂️

How sad this Rutters has switched out some kind of squeeze bottle substance for actual whipped butter, which is still shown in the menu. Misrepresenting the quality of their food items. Today, an older woman was working the fryers. I watched her end my perogies & corndog 20 seconds early. Presumably to meet order metrics. Both were soggy and not fully cooked. The timerd on fryers are set for a reason!

Honestly, the food is really great and was made super fast. But the staff really shines and makes the place comfortable and welcoming. The only minor complaint I would have would be the food is a little pricey, but not worth going down to 4 stars.

Fine and clean store , clean restroom,best food and small truck parking. Wish they have bigger truck parking area.

Things are over priced here and I ordered a regular fry and this is what I got??? Not gonna waste my time going back in.
