WOW! Need this place to expand across America! I'm a trucker and this was my first time at a rutters. The people were polite,friendly and very pleasant. The store was clean,and the grille? Amazing. I can get everything from biscuits n gravy to beer battered haddock filets, chicken wings to grilled cheese burgers. So much on the menu I want to try but I'm on my way to Utah. Suddenly I want to come back to Pennsylvania. TA,Petro,and Flying J's have all become fast food chains and they need to watch out for Rutter's. I'm hooked... read more
I frequent this location often and the staff are always the kindest around! Today I showed up in the middle of a rush, people were cancelling orders left and right for wait times. I'm in no rush, so I waited. Somehow my order got tossed but they made it again for me in record time. Kind folks here, they care about their work and their customers! Stop in, be patient, you'll have a great experience
It doesn’t make sense to close all the screens so that customers can’t order for 30 minutes. Was told it would take 5-10 mins, other people got their food in that time but I could not order and it didn’t seem like there was any rush.
