Very friendly and helpful, store is always clean.
This is my favorite location. Employees are always super friendly and the shining star is Jen the store manager! I travel from Maryland to this location because of her. She is not only a true ambassador to the rutters brand but to the state of Pa! Hard to find a business like this that hasn’t forgotten about customer service. Kudos to Jen and her team for doing it right . Give her a raise!
Slowest food service ever! Kitchen staff was underage idiots who were taking forever for my order, plus they were just talking to each other and not bothering with orders. Got my food and it wasn't right anyway. It's this way every time I stop. Pathetic service
