Rutters is my favorite store in Pennsylvania. At this particular store on Sunday November 3rd, the girl with the glasses made me the best frozen mocha I've ever had in my life! So delicious.
Employees where talking to each other and kept telling me to go to a different person… very disrespectful… I would recommend you getting new people… I will never be back to this Rutters again… employees just talking away about life and not working about the customer… very sad and I will be telling people about this !!!
