This is by far my favorite Rutter’s and my go-to spot! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I love seeing the same familiar faces every time I stop in. There is one woman in particular who is always working so hard and always seems to be there. I love getting to say hi to her because she genuinely makes my day. I believe she may be the manager and she absolutely deserves recognition for how hard she works and how much she contributes to making this store such a great place to stop!

They sell moldy food and don't give refunds.... I'd give them 0.... Bad service. Employees only had sorry to say. ITS YOUR JOB TO THROW OUT EXPIRED ITEMS NOT SERVE THEM! What can you expect with a leaky roof throughout the store though

I order shrimp and the nacho cheese taco the shrimp was delicious but the taco was cold and wasn’t even wrapped like a taco should be fell out all over me and was just downright nasty. Not only that for my shrimp I ordered tarter sauce for my shrimp I got one little packet of tarter sauce so basically my whole meal was rushed now I believe in second chances so I might return but next time as a customer I expect better and when Rutter’s sees this the lady that made my food was working on June 1st at 5:50 am
