The 1st time I patronized this Rutters, I gave them a good review. I went there practically daily since I was new to the area; I noticed they were not helpful, nor friendly, if needed help. I purchased a pkg. of donuts which, when opened, was a mess. I returned them immediately, hadn’t even left the lot, the cashier & (mgr.?) told me I had to return them to the maker. My roommate and I were treated like unintelligent garbage because the two clerks refused to believe us and began to berate us and explain that it was not physically possible to pump gas! Which we did! We pulled in at the pump between 6-6:30 am. My roommate went to get gas and I went to use my card at the pump. Nothing happened, so I went into store and said something to the two clerks who explained in a rude way that the two pumps were down, credit card wouldn't work "out of service" and that they put in a work order, ect. It is a convenient place to pick up a few things. The coffee is good & well stocked with assorted creamers. The staff, for the most part, are friendly.
