Said they couldn’t help me without even a phone call or asking a few questions. We live a world where the working man constantly gets the short end of the stick.
I inquired about an insurance claim to which Bob seemed to gladly want to take on. We worked out details for a couple days and then Bob left for a two week vacation, which I was okay with. The day he gets back from vacation all of a sudden he emails me saying he can't take on the work because he's too busy. Why did he drag me along in the first place then? Wasted my time and showed a lack of integrity
If I could give Mr. Rutter more stars , I would. He did a fantastic job representing me after a fire case that my insurance company refused to pay. His ethics are beyond reproach and his customer service and care lets you know he's got your back.. I highly recommend Mr. Rutter to anyone that wants a lawyer that cares about his client, the results and one that does the right thing every time. Thank you. MR. RUTTER.
