I went to Rutter Mills Virginia Beach office for my 10:00 am appointment today 8/13/2026 with Andi Covington. Upon entering the building the receptionist offer me something to drink, that was very nice! So Andi met me with a smile, she is very accommodating and told me “I’m not taking all your time.” So she started to explain to me what am I signing for.
