Do not waste 3 years of your life on this incompetent "Advocate". If only there were a 0 stars option. In the 2 years leading up to my ALJ hearing he never talked to me once. I tried to setup meetings and he will only meet with you for 30 minutes at the ALJ hearing site 30 minutes before your hearing. I spent loads of time filling out sheets showing all of my appointments over a 3 year period, and on the day of the hearing the judge made it clear that Rutschmann had not submitted evidence of my going to ANY appointments from... read more
