In 2023, my mom, who has early onset dementia, came to this firm with all her financial troubles. They helped her secure a second and third mortgage, placed a NOSI on her property, and paid her business loans using her house (personal mortgage). I had a excellent experience dealing with Zafir, he is very professional and genuine person. He was very knowledgeable in helping us with mortgage enforcement and walking us through the power sale process.
