This attorney misled me into giving personal information, promised to represent me, and then did nothing but lie and say she would send retainer agreement and reach out to insurance company. She failed to act, communicate, or handle my case professionally, putting me at risk before my court date. I would not hire her.Submitted complaints too

I hired her for my teenage son who got several traffic tickets. Insuring a teen is already costly so I was worried about an insurance increase. She was able to resolve tickets for my son. She was also very professional and kind which is a rarity in today’s society! It worked out in our favor so I would definitely recommend her.

I have approached the attorney based on positive reviews however my experience with him is poor. He has misguided me from the beginning of the case and influenced me to me spend additional money on multiple unnecessary items wasted my time and also money. Ultimately after 5+ years into the case he dropped off the law suite. I ended up loosing the case, not desired output and lost money in a big way. I regret using Donnie for my case and the way he worked on it.

I spent 3 lunch hours on the phone, always promised a call back. Not. A. Thing. They finally pick up the phone. Really tired of wasting my time. For perspective, my immigration depends on this. In trying for 10 years now to figure out my taxes. I just seriously don't like to be lied to from stuff I'm paying for and they don't call back. I work on the phone all day, so it's hard to take calls. But I've warned my phone team that this is really important.
