This is the worst shopping plaza in the city. Whoever owns Rutland Plaza has neglected the parking lots for years and years. There are Pot Holes, some a foot deep between Bank of America and McDonald's. Whenever it rains, the pot holes open back up and new ones for. About a month ago, when we had heavy rain for 7-10 days straight, I drove to the Bank of America ATM in the Drive Through. When I finished, I decided to go over to McDonald's for something to eat.
