Staff went out of their way to help me, never making me feel silly for asking any questions when I didn’t understand anything. Very helpful and didn’t rush me at all. I’ll be back with my bike soon!
Recently visited the bike store as I was having issues with my road bike, when cycling round the lake. Thank you for all your help! I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to finish my ride, but Mikey (“Mickey”) was incredibly helpful and managed to get my bike sorted for me really quickly! I would definitely recommend this bike shop to anyone nearby (even if it’s mid ride!)
