I roll in today, (first time with my permit) and I'm clueless! Luckily, they came to the rescue and I got through it, but it's a matrix back there! And a lot to know, from getting weighed to recycling, then checkout! It's a bit intimidating!

They should charge less by the bag or open another scale for small loads. I hate that if I pay per bag it's nearly double the price as pay by weight. It makes zero sense to me???
