Fantastic practitioner--examined me closely, paid attention to my medical history, understood exactly how to approach my problem, and treated my back pain so well that, four months later (and in spite of a ton of intense yard work), the pain has not returned. Pulled Achilles Tendon - - The tendonitis in my heel was sore for a couple of months. Causing me to limp, restricting my exercise routine (running/walking) and way of life. During this time I tried several healing methods... Arnica, Tiger Balm, CBD, different shoes, Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy, deep tissue massage.... the discomfort continued. Ruthie is amazing. She diagnosed several different issues going on with my upper back and shoulder and provided immediate pain relief and strategies to tackle them all. I am grateful for her expertise and knowledge, attention and presence... and sense of humor! Ruthie is expert at what she does so if you have never had acupuncture before this is the place to go and if you have, this is still the place to go.
