Unfortunately I was not impressed at all. She was arrogant, suspicious and wasn't understanding of my needs at all. If you want someone who helps and explains or cares DO NOT go there. I was close to noon under a deadline and she claimed she had to go for lunch. Then she walked away quite arrogantly and talked down to me the whole time. It was also like she didn't understand what I wanted nor did she try to understand. Rude awakening to those vulnerable or in need of kindness. She is not it.
