We have been so impressed with Rutherford Heights as we helped our mom make the transition from her longtime family home into a senior living community. Highly recommend this residence. Our mom really enjoyed this vibrant senior home. The staff are friendly and always ready to help out with any questions or accommodate your needs. Within a short time they know your name and specific needs. The food is excellent and the kitchen staff make an effort to ensure your favorite food is served. The other residents are also so welcoming and make every effort to make friends with any new admissions. Truly a place you will feel at home and wish you had come sooner.

So pleased to write this very long over due review. It is far less about the facility and more so about the leader at the top...Cheryl Ann. My last experience on a temp basis for my Mother was ok....but under Cheryl's watch.....what a remarkable difference. In business and within leadership you cannot teach care factor. Horrible management making this a horrible residence for your loved ones to spend their final years. Our Mom lived there for 5 years. When she passed we had nothing but grief and disrespect from the management team. Mom had many ongoing issues with food, service and overall facility management. Be very aware, and avoid this place.
