Horrible management making this a horrible residence for your loved ones to spend their final years. Our Mom lived there for 5 years. When she passed we had nothing but grief and disrespect from the management team. Mom had many ongoing issues with food, service and overall facility management. Be very aware, and avoid this place.
The housekeeping and laundry team under the supervision of Karl is tremendously efficient in problem solving and very very friendly. My mother experienced heart-warming help yesterday with a big smile. Bravo!
