Calmness started pulling into the driveway. The property is landscaped in a way that is beautiful calming and tranquil. Walking through her beautiful home that smelled so comforting to get to her studio was just a calming. The studio its self is just such a perfect setup and visually pleasing. Creates a peaceful atmosphere with sound and energy
I enjoyed Ruth's sound bath. She is skilled with the crystal bowls and she has a giant gong with deep tones. If you allow it the the beauty of the sounds and how it feels in your body will make you weep. The vibrations can release embedded emotions. I slept well that night. I highly recommend Ruth's sound bath.
My husband & I attended a Sound Bath Meditation facilitated by Ruth. Everything was perfect and at the end of the event we left completely relaxed and calm. The room setup was perfect, comfortable zero-gravity chairs, blankets, eye masks were provided adding a special touch to evoke peace and nervous system regulation. It was a lovely evening and I highly recommend. I will certainly be attending more of her beautiful offerings.
