Great experience and a charming, cozy studio. Ruth is fantastic, and I will definitely be back for more sound baths. As someone with diabetes, I was surprised to see my blood sugar drop by about 35 points after the session.
Had such an intensely beautiful experience with Ruth. Her guidance throughout enabled me to reach deeper into my emotions and memories. Allowing for them to be expressed in authenticity and with compassion for what was moving through me. She is deeply intuitive and full of wisdom.
I highly recommend an experience with with Ruth. Not only are the instrumental and vocal music powerful and beautiful, but also Ruth herself brings a soothing, healing energy.
