I cannot recommend Ruth highly enough for hypnotherapy or hypnobirthing. She helped me to process some negativity/trauma around my first birth and a miscarriage in our initial session, revisiting this during our hypnobirthing sessions when required. I also received some treatment for intravenous needle phobia. The hypnobirthing course was so well prepared and structured and my mam and husband were both impressed.
