I just called to see if I even had a case to begin with. The woman on the phone (a lawyer) was ABSOLUTELY rude and unprofessional. She asked questions with terrible attitude kept cutting me off. She did give me more than 5 mins on the phone which she reminded me and I thanked her for it since it was HER time for free for a consultation which was me just explaining my situation. Ruth Ann and Tim assisted with the sale of a major franchise. They're expertise was instrumental in getting a rather complicated transaction done! They were both very knowledgeable, professional while being friendly, and gave me information in a way that was easy for a 'layman' to understand! I appreciate all they did!!
Ruth Ann is a true professional! She and her associates did a wonderful job assisting with a business transaction for us and we couldn’t have found a better attorney!
Very unprofessional. They waited for 2 months, stringing us along telling us to keep checking back in every 2 weeks only to finally tell us they have too many cases already... Had they told me this 2 months I'd have another attorney already by now and have filed the case in court exactly 26 days ago and likely had it finished up.
