Sub-par Service and Decent Rates The rates are good (2% right now for $1000 minimum savings) but the staff is usually rude. I used to complain about the $5 non-refundale membership fee, but a recent coupon in a campus circular waives that fee. NOTE: The address listed is for Rutgers Student Center. The Credit Union is on the First Floor, which is one floor down from the ground floor. You have to park in Lot 30 or take the bus (no parking in front).
