DO NOT BANK HERE. They do not answer the phone during business hours and will return your urgent calls days later. I was unable to access my account for days while no one was responding to my calls. When I finally got someone on the phone they didn't even stay on the line long enough for me to check if the issue was resolved (Spoiler: it wasn't). EDIT: Since posting the review the CEO actually personally reached out. I was beyond surprised but extremely happy. She was extremely professional yet very understanding and down to earth. She listened to my issues and came up with a solution that worked for both of us. We talked about issues and solution that would even prevent some problems from happening to me and other customers.
