EDIT: Since posting the review the CEO actually personally reached out. I was beyond surprised but extremely happy. She was extremely professional yet very understanding and down to earth. She listened to my issues and came up with a solution that worked for both of us. We talked about issues and solution that would even prevent some problems from happening to me and other customers. If I could give them a ZERO, I would. Customer Service is hit or miss depending on what Rep. you are unlucky to get on the phone. Their “Secure Mail” encryption system is a JOKE. It took years to finally get an office open on Camden Campus just so they could cut hours little by little and finally close it again providing NO face to face service for the employees and retirees of Camden campus. Finally saying “Arrivederci” to this awful operation. What a relief.
