DO NOT BANK HERE. They do not answer the phone during business hours and will return your urgent calls days later. I was unable to access my account for days while no one was responding to my calls. When I finally got someone on the phone they didn't even stay on the line long enough for me to check if the issue was resolved (Spoiler: it wasn't). This is a great banking service to have right on the campus. There is an ATM here but perhaps only for account holders. The fees are reasonable but working hours are limited. As the parent of a student I can vouch for credit unions as providing better services than the major banks and unfortunately are not well known enough due to limited marketing budgets.
EDIT: Since posting the review the CEO actually personally reached out. I was beyond surprised but extremely happy. She was extremely professional yet very understanding and down to earth. She listened to my issues and came up with a solution that worked for both of us. We talked about issues and solution that would even prevent some problems from happening to me and other customers. Probably one of the worst banks I have every banked with. Technology is outdated, customer service is very very hit or miss and more miss than hit. They had an amazing worker here in Camden 2016 and prior and fired her. After that they couldn't keep an employee in this office if they paid them, and they did smh. Then they cut the hours and then closed the branch. So basically you have a bank with no branch to serve your customers and honestly could careless.
