If you want a cheap rental, then there no place better than here. $25 a day is insane, but is called rusty's for a reason. The rental is the equivalent of what you'd get as a loaner from a garage. Helen will treat you like family. Also, Read the other reviews and the dog is fine and has retired to the indoors, it's former pen is dismantled.
I don’t want to make this too long but save yourself the trouble. They gave me an old, rusty car with 170K miles on it and the check engine light on. I also had problems with the windshield wipers and the car being loud. I hated the car, but I was going to deal with it because I hate confrontation. Finally mom and boyfriend convinced me how wrong it was and I decided to take it back. When I contacted the company, they were already giving me issues stating I should have said something sooner. Helen is great . The old guy the owner is great too. You will leave in something to get you back on the roads. Car models are older but they run & the air conditioning works . I will be returning :). Thank you Rusty Car Rental.
