Awesome fireplaces and accessories! Plus.. lots of gift ideas! Customer service was great! Vicky and Matt are awesome too!
I had Matt come to my home and fix an electric fireplace that wasn't working properly .from start to finish they did the homework on finding the part and even finding out that the fireplace was under warranty. I did not know that as I had just moved into the home... He came and did my job after normal business hours because he knew he would be too busy in the upcoming weeks to get to my home. Rustic reflections was recommended to me and I am glad they were ..and I recommend them to all reading this
