We ordered the blanket chest. It’s breathtaking. Definitely heirloom. I initially thought the online communication was automated because they respond pretty quickly. It’s not. An actual person is responding and the final product is impeccable. Such a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend the Rustic Red Door to anyone looking for quality furniture.
I purchased two 30in. Palmer blanket chests in Slate for a camping cabin with no built-in storage. They are BEAUTIFUL: so well made and finished. As a bonus the stain is an exact match to the cabin’s oak interior trim!
I am a very dissatisfied customer. I purchased a white painted quilt hanger for $150 and the knobs are not painted and chipped. I reached out to Rustic Red Door and received a response but no resolution. All I need are replacement knobs. I was very satisfied with products I purchased years ago from them but I will no longer support this business. Also, i’ll share my experience with friends who purchased from them in the past. Arrived later than stated. Color is not as pictured. Assembly on site was great. Craftsmanship outstanding.
Shaun has been amazing. Our table and chairs are beautiful customer service was excellent. We had an issue that was addressed and corrected promptly. Cannot say enough good things about the help we got. Can’t wait to see the 2 countertop chairs we ordered. Thank you
