I placed an order and was initially quite disappointed as it was taking awhile and I wasn't hearing from the shop. The owner then personally called me, made it right on the order, and spent time trying to figure out why the communications were not recieved. He was genuinely concerned and worked to troubleshoot. It is IMPOSSIBLE to actually get someone on the phone /email response. I ordered a special personalized Wedding Gift and received it with Brides name spelled wrong. I was super excited to order from Rustic Marlin, it is bad business to not even have a customer service # for issues. The number listed says "press 1 to leave a message", "1" says "this key is not valid". Really Really disappointed, i saw them featured on TV and wanted to support local small business. I am very sorry I wasted my $
How does one actually get in touch with these folks? Two voice mails and two emails with no results. Trying to find the sizes on the American Flags, listing them as small, med and large does not help.
