At first they sent me an invoice that was for $120 more than my quote for drying my table and bench walnut slabs. Turns out someone else dropped off a piece of wood that was from the same tree so it had the same writing on it. They adjusted the invoice and I will say the drying turned out great! Would use again. Thanks a lot!

This was a great experience. I had a bunch of questions, so I called their main number and got to speak with Zach. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he took the time to set up a video link, and walked me through every question/concern I had. I have never had that kind of customer support before. The slab arrived quickly, and was perfectly crated. The quality of the slab was amazing, and the price just can’t be beat. I could not be happier with Rustic Lumber Store.
Our table was recently delivered and it is absolutely beautiful and was exactly what I was looking for!
