This was a great experience. I had a bunch of questions, so I called their main number and got to speak with Zach. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he took the time to set up a video link, and walked me through every question/concern I had. I have never had that kind of customer support before. The slab arrived quickly, and was perfectly crated. The quality of the slab was amazing, and the price just can’t be beat. I could not be happier with Rustic Lumber Store.
Our table was recently delivered and it is absolutely beautiful and was exactly what I was looking for! I was wanting a table in the 12-14 foot range, and the team was great in showing me the different kinds of woods, presenting a lot of different ideas and answering the many questions I had until I was ready to commit. Jatoba Wood is beautiful wood. No staining required to bring out its beauty. Single coat of poly really makes this wood pop.
I understand that it is my responsibility to shop for the best price. Having said that, after purchasing materials from Rustic I later discovered they are nearly twice the price of other suppliers in the area. I dont like being taken advantage of but that is on me for not shoping around. It is on them however for ripping off customers with unreasonable pricing for raw materials!
