Communication was fantastic. Shipped our saddle same day and received it in 4 days. Price was on point. Beautiful saddle!!! Wish we lived closer as we would be customers for all things!

What a gem! This shoppe is a special place, and the service I received from the owner Kristi was exceptional. I had a saddle that was my father's who sadly has recently passed away. Kristi assessed the condition and identified the type of saddle it was. She gave me the absolute best suggestion on what to do with it. Lets talk about world class service. I stopped in to Rustic Home and Tack after seeing a saddle online. Kristi walked me through the ins and outs of the particular saddle. To ensure it was the right saddle and the right saddle for our horse Rita. Kristi ask qualifying questions, I happened to have a picture as we all do of our horses/children.
