Patrick at Ruster Law handled the closing of our home. They were chosen by the buyers. Yet, he treated us, sellers, as if we had asked him to represent us. Patrick was well informed, organized and accurate. Two weeks before the original closing date, we agreed with the buyer to move the date up one week earlier. Patrick had all of the papers completed and was totally prepared! When we arrived at Ruster Law we were greeted by two very well mannered Australian Shepherds.
