Patrick at Ruster Law handled the closing of our home. They were chosen by the buyers. Yet, he treated us, sellers, as if we had asked him to represent us. Patrick was well informed, organized and accurate. Two weeks before the original closing date, we agreed with the buyer to move the date up one week earlier. Patrick had all of the papers completed and was totally prepared! When we arrived at Ruster Law we were greeted by two very well mannered Australian Shepherds. The best attorney for all things Real Estate in South Florida. Patrick went out of his way to get a very difficult mobile home situation done for us. He not only filed everything needed, that other attorneys did not know how to file. But also helped get everything to where it had to be by going out of his way to personally bring it where it needed to go. Highly recommend.
