I made a recent telephone inquiry about a Varathane finish product and found your support person Mark Roberts to be very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Great customer service.
Not a great location/ company to come for unloading or loading . They go by appointment only The receiving department has attitude issues. Came few time for delivery and every time they have same reason ( short of staff 😤) will take time wait to offload. Try avoiding this location.
Bought the cabinet paint and wasted 5 days sanding, degreasing, and putting numerous coats of paint on. Had to buy 2 boxes. Still was tacky after 7 days. They wanted to send us more product to fix it. Ended up using Behr 1 coat cabinet paint, which worked great.
