Jan was recommended for completing 3 various paralegal documents. BIG mistake. With surgery coming soon, I raced with her completed documents in hand to an authorized notary and then drove to the PIMA Co Recorder's office to get these docs stamped and recorded. Not only did she charge me for her services, but she put the incorrect "legal property description" on the document with a different physical address! She also typed the documents showing my "estate" as the legal beneficiary (upon death), which according to the PIMA C... read more
