A really selfish company to work for. They don't give raises. They always have an excuse as to why they can't give you a raise whether they say the Market's bad or rates are bad right now or all kinds of junk. They will find you for any kind of slight mishap that occurs over the road. Stay away from this company. They have way too many staff in their office and unnecessary people in their shop their payroll is huge this is probably why they refuse to give raises to drivers who have been there for a year or more

I worked for this from 12/24 to 05/2025, I kinda picked up some unwelcome vibes when I got to the office, Anyways they seemed alright so I started working for them, The first trip a few days in the truck broke down in Clovis, NM at a shipper, The company did find a hotel but I had to find a ride to the hotel so I was able to have driver from a different company give me a ride, I was at the hotel for 2/3 days because thats how long the stay was paid for, After I had to leave the room and take all my belongings and place it in... read more

They have driver fines in their contact ( policy brought here by foreign companies). They do not pay transportation to employment. They also deduct late appointments from driver pay if its the drivers fault and deduct for bad DOT reports. They are reefer outfit.
