Before Wednesday, I would have given five stars. I am not sure who picked up the phone when I called to tell them I had Covid but they were very argumentative. I couldn’t get a word in because they were upset I missed my appointment. They then rudely and inaccurately informed me that my orders for therapy had expired. When I attempted to speak again and tell them I had new orders from the surgeon, they dismissed me again rudely. awesome place all the therapy workers are amazing. I have used y'all on both of my hip replacement y'all have been so wonderful to me thank y'all so very much ..carley especially she worked the most with me ..thank's to carley she is a sweetheart. thank's Trish,Jennifer,Russ,Lance love you guys so much ❤
