Makayla helped me both times I’ve shopped there. She’s been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, helping a newbie like me find what I needed, and clearly explaining the differences between brands and products. Today, both her and her coworker Taylor were smiling and eager to help, clearly they enjoy their jobs, which is extremely nice in today’s world of ambivalent service. SO MUCH better than my experience at their store farther down in Tampa.
Nice place and the to ladies workin were very nice.
Great store, has some of the best western boots, clothing and hats you can find in Tampa. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Manager Mike has you covered for all your cleaning, and/or reshaping needs for your hat.
Taylor was great! She was very patient and knowledgeable. Thank you!
