I stopped into Russell’s without really knowing what I needed, and the experience ended up being incredible. The store manager, Michael, went above and beyond to help me out. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. He didn’t just point me in a direction, he asked questions, gave great suggestions, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. Huge shoutout to Michael and the team at Russell’s. Highly recommend!
